Hey guys,

Mariano, Brett, and I met for about 30 minutes. We discussed how to describe the business process that we are going to use for the proposal.

We are fairly certain that we are going to do a project for the Auburn Formula SAE racing team. We discussed that Mariano will write some of the introduction for the proposal and I will briefly describe the business process.

We will meet Monday for Meeting 2 and we will try to finalize the project proposal. Please post your availability for Labor Day (September 3rd).

If you are unable to meet on Monday, this is understandable, but I'm going to guess that most of us will be here at least that night, and I am fine with having a late night meeting.

I will be available from roughly 8 am till midnight (basically all day).

Sorry I missed the first meeting, I was not aware we planned to meet today. I work on mondays, the post I made about my availability states this. I can call out this once if need be though.

Hey guys I apologize for not being there today I thought we were waiting until Monday to meet. I can be available any time on Monday, but would prefer sometime in the afternoon or evening since i will be traveling back from Huntsville that day (3 hour drive). I gave my number in an email earlier but here it is again 2567977220. I will check this forum and my email multiple times a day, but the best and quickest way to reach me is to text or call me. And I'm going to assume from now on that we are always meeting at 5 on Thursdays.
